Quality Policy
Somapla's activity is to design and manufacture of thermoplastic compounds.
It is a company that is close to its customers, with the aim of providing products and services that meet their needs and comply with the legal and regulatory requirements in force.
Its Quality Management System, implemented since 1998 and currently in compliance with the NP EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, has the following objectives:
- Guarantee the quality and conformity of its products and services.
- Satisfy its customers and maintain their loyalty and trust.
- Establish appropriate communication processes with all interested parties.
- Provide adequate training to all employees.
- Protect the environment and minimise the adverse environmental impact of its activities, products, and services.
- Ensure working conditions that protect the health and ensure the safety of all employees.
- Disseminate and promote knowledge of this policy to all employees and stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and commitment to achieving the defined objectives.
The Management of Somapla has defined this Quality Policy and assumes responsibility for its implementation and compliance throughout the organisation, guaranteeing the availability of all technical and human resources necessary for the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
